Extensive knowledge of property/casualty and professional liability coverages, and excellent administrative ability.  Visible nationally as frequent speaker and author of numerous articles published in a variety of publications (first book, Maximizing Coverage/Minimizing Costs, was published in 1993; second book, The Three Faces of Executive Liability, was published in 2000, updated fifth edition published in early 2012 (both books are listed on Amazon.com)).  The fifth edition was translated into Japanese, to benefit the Japan Risk Management community, in 2013.
